Selichot at The Carlebach Shul

Join us for our annual Selichot event
At The Carlebach Shul
Motzei Shabbat, August 28th at 11:15 PM

On the first night of Selichot, we usher in the spirit of the High Holidays. In the Carlebach tradition these solemn prayers are infused with songs of hope, longing, and joy. This year our Selichot service will be led by up-and-coming chazzan Mordechai Wulliger.

Living in Israel for the past three years, Mordechai Wulliger has been inspiring crowds with his soulful voice and gifted guitar playing. Mordechai is the son of the well-known singer and Baal Tefila Srully Williger, who has graced The Carlebach Shul at all of our Yahrzeit concerts as well as spending numerous Shabbosim with us. Mordechai, a sought-out singer in the USA and Israel, will be inspiring us for the first time in this year’s Selichot service.
