Carlebach Shul Selichot at Congregation Ohab Zedek – 118 W 95th St Join us for our annual Selichot with Yehuda Green at Congregation Ohab Zedek on Motzei Shabbat, September 12th (technically Sunday morning, September 13th) at 12:15 AM!! On the first night of Selichot, we usher in the spirit of the High Holidays. In the Carlebach tradition these solemn prayers are infused with songs of hope, longing, and joy. Yehuda Green will lead the service. Both his and Reb Shlomo’s melodies, along with the traditional liturgy asking for forgiveness, ensures that we dance our way into the Book of Life. Doors open 11:45 PM, Selichot begin 12:15 AM Social distancing will be enforced. Masks required! Online reservations now closed. A limited number of upstairs men’s tickets will be available at the door.
